60 Day Money Back Guarantee

If for ANY reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us anytime within 60 days from the date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price minus what it cost us to ship the item.

All items must be received by us in the same condition that they were originally received by the customer. We will not accept rings that were damaged due to misuse or negligence.

Lifetime Warranty

Our rings are crafted to last forever. We stand behind all of our rings with a full lifetime warranty. Our warranty covers defects, breakage and basically any type of damage to the ring whatsoever. In the event that you need to take advantage of our warranty, please contact us for an RMA form. The only cost is a small deductible equal to half our regular price for that item. Shipping is free. There is no limit as to how many times this warranty can be taken advantage of. 

Lifetime Sizing

Tungsten rings cannot be resized due to their incredible hardness. Because of this, we offer lifetime exchanges for new sizes. If your finger size changes, simply contact us and we will be happy to exchange your ring for a new size. As with our Lifetime Warranty, a small deductible equal to half our regular price for that item applies. The shipping is free.

Orders are generally shipped out the same business day if received by
3pm EST. You will receive a shipping notification email when your order
has been dispatched.

If you have put in the incorrect delivery address on your order then please contact us with 24 hours. If your order hasn't been shipped then we can update your delivery address but if the order has been shipped then unfortunately there is nothing we can do.

We always try our best to facilitate you, however if your order has already been shipped then we cannot cancel your order.

If you would like to change your order then please contact us ASAP. We will try our best to accommodate any changes providing your order hasn't already been shipped. If your order has been shipped then we will not be able to change the order.

If your order has taken longer than 7 working days from dispatch, please contact us and we will look into it for you.

There's a good chance that our email has ended up in your SPAM/JUNK folder so please do check there. If you still cannot find it and would like it resent then please do let us know.

When you receive your dispatched email you can contact us for an update on your tracking.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. We also accept PayPal payments as well. If your card was declined then please do not worry, simply contact us and we will advise you.
