Exactly what it says. If for ANY reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us anytime within 60 days from the date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price minus what it cost us to ship the item. All items must be received by us in the same condition that they were originally received by the customer. We will not accept rings that were damaged due to misuse or negligence. Lifetime Warranty

Our rings are crafted to last forever. We stand behind all of our rings with a full lifetime warranty. Our warranty covers defects, breakage and basically any type of damage to the ring whatsoever. In the event that you need to take advantage of our warranty, please contact us for an RMA form. The only cost is a small deductible equal to half our regular price for that item. Shipping is free. There is no limit as to how many times this warranty can be taken advantage of. 

 

Lifetime Sizing

Tungsten rings cannot be resized due to their incredible hardness. Because of this, we offer lifetime exchanges for new sizes. If your finger size changes, simply contact us and we will be happy to exchange your ring for a new size. As with our Lifetime Warranty, a small deductible equal to half our regular price for that item applies. The shipping is free.
